Sail into a warm setting sun in the calm, clear waters of Wailea. Watch as the vivid South Maui Coast and towering Mt. Haleakala shine in the last rays of a tropical paradise day.
You’ll be well fed with fresh local appetizers including baked pasta, grilled ribeye, Caesar salad, assorted cheese & charcuterie, hummus & crudité, Kai Kanani signature brownies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices and soft drinks.
Quench your thirst with a Mai Tai or local beer on tap at our open premium bar. It’s an indulgent, picture-perfect way to experience the beauty of a Maui sunset, complete with a champagne toast.
- Meet with the MC&A Inc. representative.
- Depart Fairmont Kea Lani from the GROUP ENTRANCE at 4:00 p.m.
- Check-in for sail: 4:15 p.m.
- Sail: 4:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
- Returns to hotel at approx. 7:00 p.m.
- Make sure you are wearing beach clothes that can get wet. The boat departs from the beach in front of Makena Beach & Golf Resort. Having a light cover up is also a good idea.
- A valid picture ID is required to consume alcoholic beverages. Must be 21 years and older.

- All Courses are plated and served to our guests.
- First Course: Hummus and crudités, assorted cheese and charcuterie
- Second Course: Seared ahi with chimichurri sauce (lemon, garlic, herbs)
- Third Course: Baked Pasta (three cheese, marinara, and herbs), Caprese Salad (tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil pesto, balsamic drizzle)
- Dessert: Kai Kanani Signature chocolate cake with berry compote
- Bar: Variety of juices and soft drinks with Cocktails, premium liquor, Maui Brewing on tap, MauiWine and Champagne, and a Lokélani Sparkling Rosé toast at sunset
