Swim beneath waterfalls, and hike through the rain forest with Maui's most knowledgeable and personable guides. Pick wild fruit and nuts; enjoy a wide variety of flowers, fruits, and ornamentals as well as large trees and bamboo. Enjoy a delicious, nutritious lunch at one of the waterfalls and have great fun in a wonderfully benign natural environment on this 2-mile hike.
Hike Maui has received countless raves for guided hiking tours on the island of Maui since 1983. Our guides are recognized for their knowledge of Hawaii's natural environment and culture. They'll immerse you in the beauty of nature, engage you throughout the tour and inspire you to expand your boundaries of fun.
- Meet with the MC&A Inc. representative.
- Depart hotel at 8:00 a.m. from the GROUP ENTRANCE.
- Returns to hotel at approx. 2:30 p.m.
- Recommended attire: Swimsuit, shorts and short-sleeve shirt, water shoes or shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy.
- Wear swimsuit under clothing. Bring a towel.

- Due to COVID-19, certain inclusions, meal options and capacities may be changed to adhere to local mandates, and current safety & health guidelines.
- Detailed narrative on Hawaiian natural and cultural history during the drive and on the hike.
- Elevation change of 300-feet each way on a sometimes-muddy trail. Stream crossings involve scrambling across big and small rocks in the stream. Easy, but the footing is challenging in the streams. Hike is 2 miles.
- Hiking trip is approximately 3 ½ hours + 1-1.5 hours’ drive each way.
- There will be one or two restroom stops + portable restroom at the trailhead.
- There will be at least one guide per 10 hikers.
- Minimum age is 6 years old.
- Participants are required to fill out a waiver once boarding the van. Your guide is there to point out the importance of filling out the question on the back regarding medical conditions.
