We will show you how we make our own farming inputs to amend and maintain healthy living soil throughout our farm. You will also discover the life cycle of coconut trees and their unique evolution to become the most productive food crop on earth. Besides sitting on a beach underneath a palm, there isn't a better way to taste the freshness of a Hawaiian coconut than straight from our farm. You will learn how to open and taste coconuts at varying stages of maturity, as well as numerous health benefits and creative culinary applications. Tour also offers seasonally fresh native fruits that grow across the property.

Kuia Estate Cacao Guided Farm & Chocolate Tasting

Your journey begins at the Ku’ia Estates Chocolate Factory in Lahaina, the largest chocolate factory in the state of Hawaii. After checking in with your tour guide, we invite you to enjoy a cacao drink and take in the amazing 360-degree views from our rooftop pavilion. Our tour guide then transports you to our private cacao estate, nestled in the foothills of the West Maui Mountains. Featuring over 20 acres of cacao trees, our professional and friendly tour guides lead you from “farm to bar.” This interactive and educational tour introduces you to our cacao trees, the hands-on fruit harvesting techniques, and finishes with an exclusive 9-piece tasting of our award-winning chocolate in a custom built tower with 360 degree views.
