- Please dress casually (no swimsuits) and wear comfortable shoes for light walking. We also recommend you bring sunglasses and a camera.
- For security reasons, no bags, baby strollers or other items which offer concealment are allowed at the Arizona Memorial.

- Full Pearl Harbor experience at the Arizona Memorial World War II Valor (75 min) in the Pacific National Monument with reserved ticket for viewing of a 23-minute documentary film, shuttle to the Arizona Memorial and browsing the exhibits and grounds at the Visitor Center.
- Plus historical site to complete the experience, including visit to Punchbowl National Cemetery and Downtown Honolulu highlighting Iolani Palace, the King Kamehameha statue and more.
- Deluxe tour in the comfort of a Royal Star vehicle (van, minibus or motor coach) with seat belt, onboard our original historical video and mint and hand towelette service.

- Route/Schedule: We try our best to keep to the standard itinerary, by reserving tickets for our guests in advance, however, we ask for your understanding in route / schedule changes as there may be factors beyond our control (i.e. traffic, etc.)
- Due to external factors beyond our control including but not limited to, inclement weather and/or shortages of Navy boat launch tickets, there is a possibility of not being able to board the Arizona Memorial during this tour. In such a case, guests will still be able to visit the many Arizona exhibits, Visitor’s Center and other Park monuments. As such, no refunds can be offered if guests are unable to board the Arizona Memorial.
- Accessible Accommodations: Accessible transportation (for transportation and stops): Wheelchair lift vehicle available with 24-hour notice. At the Arizona Memorial: wheelchair accessible.
- Limited storage facilities are available at the Visitor Center for $5.00 per bag, regardless of the size of the bag.
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to activity is subject to a full charge.
- Cancellation of trip due to inclement weather is at the sole discretion of the vendor.
- Any cancellations due to COVID-19 related reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
