Our professional nature guide will shuttle you by van to a tropical rain forest high above Honolulu to Pu‘u Ualaka‘a.
You'll enjoy sweeping views from Manoa Valley to Ewa Beach and hear narrative from your guide before finishing a short drive to the top of Pu‘u ‘Ohia (Tantalus).
You’ll be outfitted with a KHS cruiser bike equipped with a bell and helmet then given safety instructions before descending the 5-mile paved jungle road.
Once you reach the grassy park at the bottom, you'll then be returned to the hotel by van.
- Depart Sheraton Aloha Landing/Bus Depot: 12:00 p.m.
- Meet with the Bike Hawaii vehicle/representative.
- Return to hotel: 3:00 p.m.
- Guests are urged to bring their own water and snacks!
- Guests are urged to wear socks and closed toe shoes with good traction for dirt/mud, dress comfortable, and bring sunglasses.
- Roundtrip transportation from Sheraton Bus Depot
- Bicycle, helmet, fanny pack and rain poncho (if needed)

- Minimum height requirement of 4’0” to ride the bikes; maximum weight of 300 pounds.
- Must know how to ride a bike. No beginners allowed.
- Participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver.
- Individual cancellations made after September 1, 2023 are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of trip due to inclement weather is at the sole discretion of the vendor; if vendor cancels, tour will be refunded.
- Any cancellations due to COVID-19 related reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- THIS TOUR REQUIRES A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PARTICIPANTS TO OPERATE. SHOULD THE MINIMUM NOT BE MET THE TOUR WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED IN FULL.
