Honolulu Airport - Roundtrip Airport Transfers (PW) 


Experience the Aloha Spirit the moment you arrive with a beautiful lei greeting upon arrival.  

Upon arrival you will need to look for our "Diamond Head Vacations" representative.  Our uniforms are white with blue flowers and we will be waiting in your assigned baggage claim area.

  • Meet and greet assistance upon arrival in Honolulu
  • Roundtrip transfers via air-conditioned equipment between Honolulu Airport & Waikiki area hotel
  • Roundtrip baggage handling
  • Gratuity (for private transfers only)
  • All applicable State taxes
  • Traditional flower lei sold separately.
  • Non-exclusive Transportation: Gratuity is not included and is at the sole discretion and expense of the participant.

Non-Exclusive Transportation Notes:

  • Operated via shared shuttle; up to (3) stops will be made on arrival and on departure.
  • Baggage allowance is (2) normal sized pieces and (1) carry on per person.
  • Clients will be charged in the event of excess and/or oversized luggage, including but not limited to, bicycles and surfboards.
  • Children's car seats are not required and are not available.  
  • Children under the age of (2) are considered lap-children and do not require payment.

Private Transportation Notes:

  • SEDAN CAPACITY: 1 - 2 passengers 
  • SUV CAPACITY: 1 - 4 passengers
  • SPRINTER CAPACITY: 1 - 11 passengers
  • Baggage allowance for all private transfers is (1) normal sized piece and (1) carry on per person
  • Clients will be charged in the event of excess and/or oversized luggage, including but not limited to, bicycles and surfboards.
  • Children's car seats are not required by may be available at an additional cost of $ 10.00 per seat, per way, and are subject to availability.  If car seat is used, the child counts as a passenger.  This may require upgrading to a larger vehicel or sending an additional vehicle at additional cost.

  • Pricing only valid for WAIKIKI area hotels.
  • Due to current COVID 19 restrictions our staff is not allowed to greet/assist at arriving/departing gates.
    • Domestic & Inter-Island passengers will be met in their assigned baggage claims.
    • International passengers will be met outside of customs.
  • Please contact our reservations team via email or phone to reconfirm your departure information at least 48 hours prior to your departure date.
  • Please also notifiy our reservations team if you have any flight scheduled changes.
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to activity date.
