North Kohala is a place of stunning waterfalls, tranquil streams, scenic coastlines, and rugged valleys. Immerse yourself in the epic beauty and rich history of King Kamehameha's homeland. The tour stars with a fun off-road adventure. Make sure you hold on! After the off-road adventure, gear up for a relaxed trail walk through a private nature reserve. Experience the dramatic views of secluded Polulu Valley, the charming foot bridges along the way and be dazzled by the intimate waterfalls. Along your journey you will learn about native plants and wildlife. Finish the day off with a once in a lifetime opportunity to swim in secluded private waterfall pool and stroll the quaint plantation village of Hawi. This waterfall adventure is the perfect tour for all ages.
- Meet with the HAWAII FOREST & TRAILS representative at THE SHOPS AT MAUNA LANI, OUTSIDE FOODLAND FARMS at 8:00 a.m.

- Tour departs at 8:20 a.m.
- You will return to the pick-up location at approx. 2:10 p.m.
- Guests MUST wear closed-toed walking shoes (i.e. sneakers, hiking boots), and should wear a bathing suit under clothing, bring a hat, sunscreen, a light sweater or pullover, and a towel.
- Please also bring a refillable water bottle.

- Must be able to walk over uneven, muddy terrain.
- There is a short walk less than 2 miles and about 15 minutes of rugged four-wheel driving.
- Participants may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability prior to taking the tour.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 11 days prior to activity.
