Experience an unforgettable ocean adventure! Experience the ocean from a whole new perspective with a Surf lesson from Surf HNL and Girls Who Surf. We specialize in un-crowded beaches, beginners, professionals, children, and families. Our lessons are safe, fun, and a great work-out for the entire family.
You will have your very own, experienced, professional, and fun surfing or stand-up paddle instructor to get you up and surfing in no time. Get a chance to see sea turtles, pro-surfers, and great views of Oahu’s west coastline.
- Transportation is not included.

Timing:
- Check-in: 7:50 a.m.
- Land instructions, safety & stretch time: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
- Lesson: 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Shower: 10:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
- Participants must be comfortable in water, able to swim, and be in good physical condition for paddling.
- Please bring your own towels and non-aerosolized reef-safe sunscreen.
- 2-hour group lesson (approx. 75-90 minutes in the water)
- Surfboard, leash, and paddle

- Gratuity is not included and is at the guest’s own discretion and expense.
- Participants height, weight and shoe size are required AT TIME OF BOOKING.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Photos and T-shirts will be available for purchase at the beach.
- Participants may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability prior to taking the tour.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to activity
