Explore the island's most hidden natural treasures as the early settlers did - on horseback! This truly unique island adventure takes you on an unforgettable journey into the rolling hills of historic Kahua Ranch. There, you'll be greeted with incredible views of the mountains and golden coastline. Your leisurely ride explores curious cinder cones, mysterious ancient Hawaiian ruins, and lush pastures. Sheep and cattle graze throughout the landscape adding to an experience that will carry on forever. The experienced paniolos (Hawaiian cowboys) and well-trained horses make for superb riding conditions, maximum safety for the beginners and maximum flexibility for the experts. This ride is not a nose-to-tail tour. Opportunities for trotting and cantering are available.

- Rider’s minimum height must be 3’8” and minimum weight 50 pounds.
- Weight limit is 230 pounds.
- Participants must be in good physical condition.
- Pregnant women are not permitted. Not recommended for elderly, disabled, or obese persons.
- Participants may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability prior to taking the tour.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 11 days prior to activity.
